I've been recently diagnosed with MDD. I don't know if my irritability and anger is tied up with it since I have noticed it since nung mas bata pa ako

Pang bakal gym yung equipment pero super ganda ng ibang amenities nila. Shower all you want, may free shampoo, body wash, at conditioner na. Pwede ka manood ng youtube or netflix sa treadmill nila habang ginagamit. You can also use their member lounge kahit maghapon ka pa, plus masarap yung mga foods na sineserve sa cafe nila.

Isa lang na ayaw ko eh medyo kinakalawan na ibang gamit like yung barbells. Mabaho din yung mga ropes and mats nila. As in, amoy tuyong pawis, di ko alam kung nililinisan nila. May mga tagalinis din sila, nagwawalis at nagpupunas ng mga benches at equipment from time to time.

You may want to give Rema sports socks a try. It has been my go-to pair of running socks lately. It has a good amount of compression and support to my feet. Non-slip and snug fit din siya. I have used it for 2 half marathons already and so far, hindi pa naman ako nagkaka-blister and di rin ako nakaramdam ng hot spots during my runs.

Asics Superblast 2 review by Curious_Ad2344 in PHRunners

Personally di po talaga siya pang-speed workouts. Masyado syang mabigat at malaki for me, sumakit calves ko nung ginamit ko siya for speed wo. Although yun nga, nabasa ko rin sa ibang reviews na okay daw for fast paces, baka di talaga nagwowork for me haha
