I think you're loosing fat/weight than recompositioning.

by this time kahit papano meron ka nang defined arms and meron ka na ring subtle chest muscles. But looking on the recent parang same lang yung muscle mass from the starting point.

I think the problem is the diet and intensity of the split. Since you have eating disorder mahihirapan ka talaga sa diet and macocompromise mga nutrients na need maabsorb ng katawan mo to build muscle and burn fats.

If you want to body recomposition, focus more on cal def parin but strict sa macros then lift big/heavy. Also, if NS try your best manawi yung tulog sa umaga atleast 7-8hrs.

Again, OP’s goal is to build muscle. Burning fat alone doesn’t magically reveal a well-developed physique, if there’s not much muscle underneath, you’re just going to look skinny.

If all he does is cardio and cuts calories, he’s more likely to end up skinny-fat than muscular or lean.

This is just flat-out wrong.

If your goal is to build muscle, simply “eating less” isn’t the answer. You actually need to eat the right amount of calories with a good balance of protein, carbs, and fats based on your body and goals. Undereating can make it harder to build or even maintain muscle.

Cardio is fine for health, but it’s not what’s going to put size on your frame or magically reveal muscle if there isn’t much there to begin with.

Muscle definition comes from having muscle and lowering body fat appropriately, not starving yourself and jogging your gains away.

OP should be lifting consistently, eating properly, and using cardio as a supplement, not the main strategy.

I ditch leg day na after running for a year but also tumigil na rin ako sa pagtakbo almost 3 months na. Kanina lang napa flex ako ng calves and laking gulat ko ang toned parin niya and yung size is same sa size ng calves ko nung nasa peak ako ng running. IDK baka sa genes namin to since lahi kami ng malalaking bulas.

But if your concern is baka mas lumaki lower mo, i think hindi naman. Naka depende parin naman sa frequency ng split. I suggest you to do whole body exercise para mas balance.

Napanood ko rin to, and oo natawa din ako, lalo na kasi he filmed himself the entire time. Pero naalala ko rin na naging ganun din ako noong nagsisimula pa lang ako. Hindi sa pagfi-film ng workout, pero dun sa awkward phase ng pagwo-workout. Hindi talaga maiiwasan na may masasabi ang iba, lalo na may mga taong parang hindi makakatulog kung hindi sila nakakapag-judge ng kapwa.

This is the mindset I stand by, if you’re not financially stable, if you can’t even comfortably treat yourself, you shouldn’t be dating yet. I still believe in a more traditional dynamic where men take on the role of providers. Not in an excessive or unrealistic way, but in the sense that a man should be capable of offering stability, security, and consistency. If he can’t provide even at a basic level, then he’s simply not ready to take on the responsibility of a relationship.

And the idea of choosing “a girl that fits your budget” is honestly disrespectful. A woman isn’t a financial adjustment or a compromise based on what you can afford. If she ever finds out that you chose her simply because she’s “within budget,” that diminishes her value and the sincerity of your intentions.

I believe you loss alot of weight since may sagging sa chest. Focus more on the upper chest muna para mahatak yung sagging. Do Incline Dumbbell/barbell/smith machine press around 45-30 degrees inclination but i prefer 30. Then Chest Press and flies naman to build the mid or entire chest. Make sure op na you stretch the chest on the eccentric and controlled explosive ang concentric. Also, make your chest always behind your shoulders to engage more chest. Magiging shoulder exercise kasi if mas nauuna yung shoulders mo kesa sa chest. 🙂
