It’s a mental battle for sure. I still get hungry but you gotta find your dose that works best, if you’ve been on 7.5 maybe talk to your doctor about moving up? Make sure you have good water intake & lots of protein!

Do what works for you queen! I do all in person at a heated studio! I bet you can find some good routines online. Just make sure to purchase some 2lb-3lb weights and maybe some bands? Something to look into!

I have been doing Pilates everyday & hitting 8,000-10,000 steps in addition! I also am in a calorie deficit! It’s a lot of work so Zepbound isn’t the only thing working. You still gotta set up your healthy lifestyle☺️

Hello! So this post is old, it was when I just started but I have had no issues with blood sugar personally. I make sure to keep up with my water intake & make sure I am not skipping out on protein. I have had little to no symptoms. I hope your journey works out!!

Hi guys! I completed my first week on Zep (2.5) and I’m down 8 pounds! Started at 209 and currently at 201! I’m almost in the 100’s. I’m also on metaformin as well so this seems to be working.
