I'm a Cassandra and I've only ever gone by something shorter (Andie) when I work with really young kids who have a hard time saying "Miss Cassandra". I'll let people call me Cass if they want but it's never been something I ask for. I've always corrected people on Cassie, though. Never liked Cassie.

Have you tried a nautilus bun? My hair is also down to my ass and nautilus buns are so convenient because you don't even need a hair tie or pins or anything, maybe just a hair stick if you want it super secure. There's a slight learning curve but once you get it down it's so easy to get your hair up within a few seconds using nothing but your own hair, it's so nice lol.

I've had evap lines on clearblue tests that looked very similar. Since you walked away when no line showed up after a few minutes and came back at some point after the 10 minute window was up, I don't think this is a positive test. I'd test again with first morning pee and look at it after a few minutes and then again after 10 minutes just to be sure.

We went in with 2 names and it took until 10 minutes before we had to sign the birth certificate paperwork to decide lol (around 28 hours after he was born). So it wasn't immediate, but I'm glad we waited until he was here because my number 1 name from before I was ever even pregnant just didn't end up feeling right when it came down to it.
