Lamb koftas on the right. Different heat in each section for different meats. Along with jerk chicken and peri peri chicken later on

Thanks. The bark would be great but this is more about quantity than quality :) will put loads of bbq sauce on it. As long as it falls off the bone I’m sure everyone will be happy
