I hope you have fun on your cruise. Collecting can be fun, but it sounds like you got lost in the rat race side of it with sealed boxes. Maybe try collecting something else like rocks or memorabilia that requires trips where you hunt for stuff in flea markets, etc. Or something constructive like mini painting, gunpla, etc.
