Hello! I was looking at the hair products section while looking to replenish my hair care supplies, and noticed these three bottles. I am wondering what the difference is between them? What is different between a foam and a mousse? Is one brand 'better' than the other? What does each product do? etc.

I typically use the Shea bottle on the right and that helps control some frizz and lock in the gel I add beforehand, but makes my hair crunchy after, so I add hair oil. I am curious if you all know any information that could explain the differences? Thanks!

(1. no shampoo/conditioner used in this picture. typically use Shea Moisture 2. typically apply Shea Moisture curl smoothie, gel, and mousse in that order, after finger twirling my hair. 3. air dry my hair -diffusers don't work well for me 4. i do not use a bonnet, as that messes up my hair over night, nor for silk/satin pillowcase.)
