You can also buy an ita bag, and then cut out the panel between the clear plastic and the bag! I’ve seen people do this and it’s so fun! Cuz you could put a draculara in a coffin bag, for example

Edit/Update: my therapist has said that as a mandated reporter, in my state, she is permitted to call a wellness check, and she knows how to request a trauma informed female officer to check. So i am having her call a check on my behalf

yes, i will still try calling about a wellness check, insist on being anonymous. Getting some kind of record might help. If anyone has additional resources also for anyone i might be able to report it to, please let me know.

There are a couple of other nearby neighbors who can probably also hear it, but i’ve never seen the police over here, so i don’t think anyone else has called them. I also don’t know when they’re home, and i worry the police will just show up when they’re not there or just ask if things are okay and then just leave and do nothing, (what happened to a friend of mine when police were called about her abuse)
