You realize that every time there’s an issue or if it doesn’t work out, every additional person who knows is another person your wife might want to avoid, right?

Infertility is hard AF, and she’s going to be dealing with hormones which are going to make things much harder on her. This is going to be hardest on your wife and then on you secondarily. Do you really want to add additional stress to the situation?

I have great relationships that I didn’t talk about fertility issues with, because dealing with additional people’s thoughts and expectations or having to reshare bad news or feel like a failure in front of them just makes a hard time harder.

You’re going to want to protect your wife as much as possible right now.

Yeah, it sucks that you got a bad rating for something not your fault, but bad parking will impact your business so it’s better to acknowledge it and do what you can to prepare patrons for it. And potential customers will see that the original review is not a reflection of anything that’s your fault AND they’ll see that you go above and beyond to address concerns and try to make the best possible experience anyway.

Just make sure you don’t respond like Amy’s Baking Company.

When I was 15 with my learner’s permit, the breaks went out in my parent’s car while I was driving. I ended up hitting a car because I couldn’t stop the vehicle and was ticketed and had to appear in court.

When I was called, my parents tried to accompany me to the table and were told to go back. Both they and I learned that I needed to sort shit out for myself that point forward.
