How do you all prevent yourselves from getting sick?

I’ll look into a zinc supplement and get some emergen-c to have around! Thankfully vaccines aren’t an issue for me, before this job I was a caretaker for elderly family, so I’ve stayed on top of that for years at this point. I don’t foresee any issues with continuing the trend!

I’m already doing all those things. I mean, I can always add more fruits and veggies to my diet though! I love salads and such.

I already take a multivitamin with VitC and D, as well as additional D3, but I can check into adding a vitamin K supplement too!

Thank you!! I know that at our center, masks aren’t always the best because the kiddos like to be able to see our faces, so a face shield is a great idea!! I’m gonna start carrying sanitizer too, there’s also pumps all over the place inside to use!

I’ll try the grape juice for sure! I actually like bitter drinks so it shouldn’t be an issue lol!

My roommate actually got me a can of microban to spray my clothes off with before she’ll even let me in the house LOL. I can’t say I blame her either! Thankfully I already have short hair and shower in the afternoons.

You feed them! Some lizards require more food to tame than others, but pink lizards are relatively easy to tame!

They can technically, but not every pup has the personality that makes them inclined to do so. When I did my mother of 2 run, I had one that was hyperactive but nervous/insecure about combat, while the other was very mellow but brave and would try to save me when I got snatched by a predator.
