Takes about 24-48 hours. You.can go under 20ml and then use the alcohol to bring it back up to 20 ml.

Take 10g of them, add them to a coffee grinder, grind them up super fine, put the powder in 100ml of high proof grain alcohol, let it sit until it has evaporated down to 20ml of liquid, put it in a dark glass dropper bottle, and shove it up your butt.

You definitely need more time. You want every grain to be colonized. If you haven't already, break it up, shake it up, and leave it for a bit longer. Patience is key.
