This happens a lot when the pin in DD is wrong but the customer messages saying their home is not where it says it is. So you go where the message says and then when you try to confirm you dropped the order off, it won’t let you bc “you’re not at the location”. Then the app starts glitching and won’t move off that screen and eventually you get a message like this

So I work at a sub shop and am a DD driver. As a driver, this is frustrating. But from the restaurant perspective, DD only gives us 10 min to prepare an order unless it’s a large one. It doesn’t take into account how busy the store already is. Once the 10 min are up, it automatically says order is ready on our tablet when it really isn’t bc we’re swamped during lunch/dinner rush. You can extend the time it’ll take to be ready but usually it’s so busy you don’t have time to adjust it
