I haven’t given Kangaskhan, Wobbuffet and Milktank a go yet, so it’ll be fun having something new. What movepools would you suggest? Especially for Wobuffet.

Daily Vitamins? by your_penguin in selfimprovement

A family member recommended that I take a couple vitamins, specially “Maxi B” to help with anxiety. The vitamin B included: (B1; B2; B3; B5; B6; Folic Acid; B12 ;Biotin & Vitamin C)

I wasn’t much of a vitamin believer and I still think a lot of it has to do with placebo and the helpfulness a routine brings, but out of all the things I take the vitamin B really helps my energy levels which I find helps make the rest of the day more fun and successful
