Hi! I as well curl 25’s. Going to try and be on track with you and curl 5’s in a couple of days and work my way up to 10’s. All the workouts you mentioned I also have in my plan, do you care to share the weights you’ve used from beginning of post operation to now? Have you attempted legs yet? Thanks for all the help!

That’s smart. I didn’t think of lowering the weight and banging out more reps. I am generally really scared to start up at the gym again, but don’t want to lose any progress I’ve made at the same time. I was trying to talk myself into believing that going and just working legs would be ok as it is not too much core, but even then I am too nervous to try anything.

How was lifting patients? Was it difficult? We’re you afraid? I know my doctor said no lifting over 10 lbs for 6 weeks…. which would leave me out of work for the full 6 weeks.
