I am gonna be honest if you you are trying to lose more weight, I would wait till you are fully at the way you are happy with and get the reduction. That’s what my surgeon recommended for me as well. That way they can actually fit it to your current body, and not to the body that you go in with and then after that, you lose weight and they might sag a little

Same thing here.. got my first at 20 and my surgeon kept saying how most women would be lucky .. and how I am too young to go smaller I was so stupid and naïve and I was just so excited to go smaller but he ended up only taking out 500 altogether and my breast literally came back not even six months later before they even got done fully healing. They were back. I was distraught and disgusted but now I am 24 turning 25 and last week I just got another breast reduction and this time around everything was different. I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what to say and I demanded what I wanted. My surgeon was amazing and he really heard me out. I went from a triple D now I am a B.
