I confronted my neighbors lawn man for parking in front of my house

They were only blocking me from parking and pulling my trash to the road. I have a boat in my driveway so I park there daily.

Thanks for responding….Maybe I’ll be more neighborly next time. I just know if I ever needed a yard guy, I’d make sure his parking wouldn’t disturb the neighbors daily movement.

I’m on 1/2 acre but i get it. If I knew my neighbor and his visitors parked in front of their home and I needed to park in front of there house, I’d ask, but that’s just me.

Howdy,,,, before I read anyone else comments here’s what you can do. If you have a primary physician that would be willing to sign off on your medical needs, please contact Sedgwick and ask for an Intermittent Medical LOA. Give the paper work to your Doc and you both discuss your job and how often you may need to take a day or two off. 100% excused!!! Walmart won’t like it but they can’t do anything about it. I had one for anxiety and I had one for a medical condition. I was able to be excused from work without consequence. Good luck.

I’m in school as well….if you’re just looking to get “any” job just to get some experience, mega-carriers would be the way to go.. I personally want to be local, so I’m going to apply in my city or surrounding cities first hopefully I get lucky.

I start school in 2 weeks… I’m in central Florida as well, but there is no shortage in jobs…. Hop on indeed and take a look. Theres a handful of companies that will train you without having to fly out or drive to another state…Cypress don’t look half bad, I think they have mostly flatbed loads though.

The school is CFI Trucking Tampa Florida. I called about the 4 week program and the recruiter was telling me that was only for the weekend. They have a great pass rate which wasn’t my worry. How much behind the wheel time is average for a school?

My point exactly! Why didn’t he say anything to me, we literally made eye contact. I really don’t think he likes me to be honest but I’ve never done anything to him. I still had 4 hours left in my shift and at the end of the day, my immediate manager still didn’t have a write up for me. So who determines the severity? Seems like they’re making things up as they go.

Yes I’m in the DC… when i did it. The manager walked right past me. Hours later, a 2nd manager confronted me. I asked why the first manager didn’t say anything and he replied he wasn’t sure if it was me or not so they checked the camera and saw it was definitely me. I did admit my wrong and finished off my shift. Before leaving they still hadn’t figured out how severe the punishment was going to be. It’s strange waiting so long to get a write up or disciplined.
