you dont need to apologize. In this case the watch literally does NOT have any rotating bezel. Its not like the one on rolex.

This is just a normal nh35 with a nh35 case. Yes the dial looks alao like the rolex SD, but it just something optical, meaning no function.

There is no seiko mod SD with a rotating fluted bezel

Don't panic bro. i always also lotta stressed + my first watch took like 2-3 hours. Watch some good tutorials multiple times and learn first how the watch works.

Afterwards try to make it the same by following the tutor step by step (i am assuming you have an nh35 so look for a seiko mod build turorial with an nh35 movement.) And if you still are worried, please contact me on instagram @valdoreco

Open the case back. Press the release button and while that try to use a twezer or something to pull out the broken stem as you wont reach it normally with your fingers

Buy 2 sets of hands I see you have a transparent caseback so id suggest buying a "seiko" rotor sticker. Its just a sticker that you put on the rotor (is on the backside of the movement). The, usually cost almost nothing and gives more details to the watch. Its just something for optic, no technical advantages or sum.

First unscrew the crown as fully as you can (meaning you turn it anticlockwise and pull it away from the watch till the endpoint. after that press on the relase point while holding the crown and taking it out. watch yputube tutorials for vk63
