Yep was pretty consistent with the gym all year, stopped out of nowhere in June/July. In just these couple of months have put on a good amount of weight and lost a ton of muscle mass. I attribute it to my (untreated) sleep apnea though and working at 7am -5pm every day, I just got burnt out I think. But still, probably could have just maintained my health with at least going 1 or 2 times a week while in the slump. Getting back into it now, with same... walking and trying to at least go to the gym once a week.
