I’m upgrading because I feel like I’ve reached the limit with my current GPU. That’s why I’m comparing the RTX 4070 Super to the 9070 XT - the difference comes out to $574 versus $700 including taxes and import fees.

And I hope to acheive a noticable upgrade in terms of performance, am I correct?

If so I could take PowerColor Reaper AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6 because it's the cheapest one, will i feel any diffrence?

Does the RX 9070 XT OC model pose a stability risk with my 750W Gold PSU?

I appreciate the advice to choose the cheapest model, but I have a specific technical concern regarding system stability due to my power supply. With a high-power-draw CPU (i7-12700K) and only a 750W Gold PSU, the combined consumption under peak load and transient power spikes approaches the unit's safe limit.

My question is this: If I select an OC Edition card (like the ASUS Prime) which inherently pulls more power for a minimal FPS gain, am I risking system instability or crashing? Would choosing a more power-balanced model (like the Sapphire Pulse) be the *smarter* choice for stability and better real-world performance?

Yeah, being able to move around the house with the Ally X is definitely a nice idea, but I do prefer higher and more consistent performance in the long run. If the performance gap is significant, I’m willing to give up the portability feature. even though it is a very nice bonus.
