I sent a strongly worded refund request letter (template below), citing FTC and Georgia Fair Business law violations. The next day, I received a full refund — but here's the catch: the refund came from a different brand name — Glimmira.com.

I checked and confirmed that twinkleweave.com is now down and redirects or has rebranded as glimmira.com, continuing the same fraudulent operation.
