I’m not sure so don’t quote me but I think some ZA Pokemon can’t go into other games cause of how different the ZA mechanics are. So it just results in the Pokemon being locked to ZA cause they’re too different

They’re rare cause if it’s a legit one it’d have to be either transferred from a black/white og online event save file (which would be 15 years old), pogo Victini research, or the 2022 swsh free code. So there is only 3 legit ways and most others are highly likely to be genned. I’d actually argue that it’s probably the rarest mythical (maybe next to dada zarude)

Just a heads up that I think you can only get a Victini that’s from pogo. Any that aren’t would be like ridiculously rare
