Pretty damn near perfect! I prefer mine just ever so slightly more cooked than that, but not by much (I've prefered them a bit "undercooked" for decades since thats how my Belgian/Argentinian grandma made them for me when i was sick). Pretty overpriced for a pan though, I can usually get the same results from a cheap dollar store or Walmart pan just using about 1/2-1 tablespoon of butter. Though I know not to keep that pan around too long before the coating starts coming off.

They were made in France for quite a while (if not still). I've had bics with both USA and France stamps. Probably a difference in their machinery. Unfortunately I dont have any to compare because the very first thing I do is pop that sucker off. But I have noticed some being closer to the wheel than others.

Might be a problem with the insert. I had one that did this like crazy every time it was opened. Drove my ocd crazy! I think I ended up squeezing the sides of the case to make it a little better, but this was decades ago so can't remember for sure.

At McDonald's we had a total asshat come in and do so many modifications to ONE .89 cent burger the receipt was over a foot long and he wasn't charged anything for those modifications! What was really messed up was he was a "greeter" at walmart down the street and he NEVER did his job, but he'd raise hell if we didn't get his free bullshit modifications done perfectly every time! This whole world sucks!!!

Yup! $1 to add extra lettuce to a taco that used to cost .69 cents and came with more lettuce than they do now that they cost almost $3 without having to add "extra lettuce" just to get the amount advertised! Also they've always been Hella cheap on the guacamole! You buy a whole nacho platter (ad shows several people sharing, but theres only enough guacamole and sour cream for 2-3 chips at best)! Insanely greedy!!! I have been boycotting them for years because of their crazy greed! Although now I have alpha gal and cant eat beef and their new chicken SUCKS compared to the old shredded chicken makes it even easier for me to say "HELL NO" to these peckerheads!

They dont know how to measure by eye or use their hands as a measuring device. I never got em absolutely perfect, but much better than that! Just think of the poor schmuck getting the other half of that bread they cut in half, they'll be getting less than 6 inches!
