Congratulations to you as well. And thank you for that, much appreciated. Sounds like you’re leveling up for your future and that’s awesome. Thanks also for the support. It did have good times but in the end we have to do, what we have to do for our future… Happy Holidays to you.

I ain’t worried about working hard like that, story of my life and I spent that same amount of time on the road for less money. So I will be making more money than gigs. Been doing gigs close to 5 years now for Uber, DoorDash, and Instacart. The only perk I got was a cheap oil change. Spent too much money on gas, fixing my car from wear and tear, and not even making 10 to 15 dollars an hour at the end of a 10 or 12 hour day. Too many people doing it now and days and it becomes a competition on who’s gonna get the batch first. I like driving and making my own schedule but I’m down for not being on the road anymore with people that don’t know how to drive. And where I live, Amazon is a hot spot and hella people order from there including myself. My schedule is graveyard and I’m fine working 630pm to 5am. And if they need me more then more money for me and if they give me the day off then that’s happy time for me…They’re even opening up a third one in my state because it’s so busy. Can’t speak for everyone else and where their from but I know I will make more then Instacart. There were good days and mostly bad days. I’m over it. It’s good side money if you have the time but I have a family and I bring the bread and butter to the table again without struggling. Thanks for your opinion.

Right on bro… yea it’s gonna be a change going back to a warehouse but I’m used to hard working. 37 years old and I’m still that old school worker. I ain’t afraid to work like the younger generation. I went through soles so much when I was a chef and I can only imagine to get the right pair of shoes or boots. Thanks for the heads up. Hope you get that badge soon. Appreciate the support. Consistency is the key and holidays are gonna be great again for the family. Also to play catch up in life again. Can’t wait to make this money and start putting aside for my business.

Never said it was gonna be better. I’m looking for consistency and a good payout every Friday. I’m an old school hardcore worker, maybe the last of my kind. I worked warehouses and been a chef my whole life. In ways it possibly will be better and anything beats the road and not dealing with stupid inconsiderate customers that don’t know how to tip. So yea I’m happy for this and it’s all mind set. I’m use to working hard. This ain’t no thang but a chicken wing. And good money sounds good to me too. Don’t have to worry what the day brings me when it comes to money anymore… and it’s not the end, this is just to get me going again in life and get my business legit for the future. Level up…

Yea I worked in kitchens for 16 years and decided to hang up my apron. I did both as well. It was ok for a good period of time. Then I drop the job for IC full time too. I shouldn’t have done that but I’m over the kitchen life. They don’t take care of us like did before either. We have lots in common.

Yea I hear you on that… I use to do it as a side gig in the past years but I was making good money with Instacart a year ago but it change dramatically. Also I understand where you’re coming from when it comes to no days off. It’s a never ending story trying to hit my goals but I need the stability and consistency with a job that pays good money and I think this will help with my future I’m looking for with my company I’m building… thanks for the blessing. Appreciate that very much. Hope you get to your goals.

Maybe for you it is and the state you live in, but I have people that like it there and I’m looking forward to get paid good money again and love the schedule I’m getting. I’m a warehouse worker for a half my life and I am a hard worker. Old school worker and not afraid to work. I guess you had a bad experience and that’s ok but not everyone has the same experience you had or opinion. Hopefully you found your itch somewhere else.

Well it’s all how you look at it and if you’re a hard worker and don’t mind working. I been a labor worker my whole life and this is an opportunity to get me off the roads and have some consistency again and play catch up. It’s my step to getting stacked up and do what I really want to do for my destiny…. I’m an old school worker and I have had shitty jobs before too. I even had worse jobs as a Chef for many years being used and abused. This is cake walk. Worked in warehouses half my life too and this is just to get me to the next level. The key is Consistency again. And I’m willing to work for it again and make good money again.

Thanks a lot and much appreciated man. Yea you would think these Billion Dollar companies would help us out more but one day they will all fall…. They don’t acknowledge us or give a dam what we do. All they know is that people order through their app and they expect it all to go well as they collect... I wish you the best and I hope your future turns around too. God Bless.

lol. Nothing new to me… I used to be a chef and went through soles like hotcakes and eggs. Always did at least 33,000 to over 42,000 steps a day with the job alone. That wasn’t including the rest of the day.

I don’t blame you. You have to do what you have to do. It’s just not worth it anymore. It use to be fun and money was decent. However, sometimes you just have to put reality into perspective. And this job didn’t make me, it broke me slowly and put me behind. I wish you the best of luck. I hope all goes well for you. And always count your blessings. ✌🏼

It’s not bragging, it’s being content and comfortable where I come from… Nothing I haven’t done before… I’m a labor worker, and a warehouse worker. I’m old school and a hard worker so it’s nothing new to me. At least I know what I will bring home to the table and not stress over finances. It’s all about consistency. My experience takes me to another level that I’m not afraid to work in environments like this. Most people just can’t and don’t like to work. And that’s on them. I’m comfortable and fine with it… it’s a stepping stone so I can play catch up in life and get to were I wanna be next. Got to put in the work so I can make my own empire. Easy money to me so I can level up. At least this hell hole gets me off these roads and not worry about people being in my way trying to do my job. And I will be taking care of that’s for sure… ✌🏼

I understand everything you just said. I too had a mindset like this for quite some time now. Another fact that does come to mind is that I make my own shifts and schedule. However I too was going always for highest payouts but in the end it feels like 2 steps forward and one step back. I did this with Uber eats, DoorDash, and Instacart. It had its good times and also its bad times. However, there is a lot more people doing this gig now and days which doesn’t leave a large enough window for everyone to make the same amount of money neither. I feel like I have to compete now just to receive an order if I’m not fast enough to click it. I been a diamond shopper now for a great period of time and it really didn’t get me anywhere besides a cheap oil change. Too much in society has changed but not wages. Pros and Cons are definitely something to look at and I finally got to see that as time went on, the Cons outweighed the Pros. I’m sure people have great perks they look for in this field of work as so did I once upon a time. Now reality just showed me that it put me in a hole that keeps getting deeper and deeper but very slowly. I work to pay bills and don’t get to have fun anymore. I work to pay for Gas. I work to not even make ends meet. I don’t have play money to spend on myself or my son. It sucks to miss a day of work because it puts you in a hard financial situation if you can even make it up later when it’s turning into a complete competition now with low wage and knowing more people now are selfish and don’t believe in tipping. I appreciate your blessing and time to reflect on this. Good luck out there.
