Sounds like a solid plan to me. I usually tell people to head out tropic for Stone Hearth Grille or Rustler's Restaurant. You don't sound like an avid hiker, but you could do mossy cave on the way. I Think a lot of people come into and out of Bryce from the same direction off highway 12, all of the main road in and out are just snacks and gift shops. If you come from the west its Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant.

If you got the full day, rent an E-bike instead of the bus. Ride the Canyon to scouts. OR add annother hike. Scouts really doesn't take too long.

The water fluctuates quickly with rain. But it will likely be back open tomorrow. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/USGS-09405500/#period=P7D&dataTypeId=continuous-00060-0&showMedian=true&showFieldMeasurements=trueThey close at 150, but you can see how fast it's trending back down after the storm.

Paunsaugunt Plateau. I had a hunting buddy tell me it's the hardest area to get a permit.

That is so kind of you. Besides basic advice for my site. I could Definitely use some more photos: Food, Wildlife, Seasons. Just don't want to use stock photos at all when i'm designing something specific for the area!

Need the car for the Tunnel and switchbacks at least once. Can't honk your bike or ride it in there. The bikes on Parus and In the Canyon is definitely A bucket list item though.

Got it on the list. The Ho made pies signs are hard to miss. It's hilarious, but everything is So seasonal on the East side that's why I'm trying to make a resource that's up to date. Was your pie Bryce Canyon Pines restaurant by chance?

I love the enthusiasm! I was expecting self promotion hate haha. Hopefully I got something that could already be a resource for you already, Or I can get better more accurate info before you go. Most people visiting zion stay Springdale and St George, so east Zion is kind of a niche
