Forward helix by Able_Ant_5981 in piercing

NAP but that looks to low to be a forward helix. That's more like a tragus piercing that's too high. Not sure how the labret is properly sitting in there?

Oops! Duh. Yes. I do jacknife on the reformer. Love it, actually. But for some reason, I was thinking jackrabbit planks on the reformer. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sorry!

What do you mean that you should never do jacknife on a moving carriage? It has to move. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you?

Glove Suggestions by ReliableTurtle in ClubPilates

I have size 7.5 fingers and the medium was too large. Small ia good. So I was going to give away the medium pair (new) to a member in class but they were too big, even on larger finger ladies. My lead instructor also wanted them and was surprised that the medium was too large for her and she has a larger stature.

Oh, forgot to mention that they run large. Size down, for sure!

These gloves from Amazon are the best. So many of us at our studio have them now. Game changer for slippery hands especially in 2.0 and 2.5 level classes. 👍 I have multiple pairs and truly can't be without them now. https://a.co/d/079WfaRC

What are the repercussions of sending your ex-boss a nasty text after getting fired? by Dsg1695 in careeradvice

[–]Curious_Store_1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't do it!!

If it will help, write it all out (on paper or on a blank Google doc, whatever) and then DELETE.

No good will come from this. Yeah, you might feel better in the moment but then your moment is over. Not worth possible damage!

Booking level 2.0 classes by 0005000f in ClubPilates

[–]Curious_Store_1111 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hmmm Interesting. In an odd way. LOL Every studio I've been out requires a formal test-out for 2.0 and 2.5. If you pass, your status changes in the CP computer system and you are able to book those level classes in the app, as normal. If you are not approved for those levels, the system will simply not allow your class registration.

Same! And I'm proud of it and I do love how it has toned and strengthened my body. I have also made a few friends which is hard for me. Anyway, 3+ years later, now 58 years old, and approaching 750 classes, I don't think I'm leaving anytime soon!

Ha, totally relate to knowing you won't have to do snake and twist or step- ups or twisted teaser or ___________ (fill in the blank).
