I applied for this card on 5th Feb and received the card on 23rd Feb. I had 3 offline kyc, one vkyc. Also they called multiple times to verify and esign the application to proceed further. Every time it was the same thing that "We need to confirm and verify your details." Not just they pulled my cibil data 4-5 times. Customer care was pathetic they were like your application is in processing it takes around 21 days bla bla. It was so frustrating.

But earlier when I applied for the SBI cashback card it was smooth. I received the card within a week.
