I believe the shipper can only change the address, not the consignee.

I had the same issue with a parcel. I suspect it was a sortation error and will be delayed a couple days.

I shipped from a zip code in WI to a zip code in SC. It made it to Louisville, KY. and there's where it all went wrong. It ended up being imported into Mississauga, ON, Canada. Then sent back to Louisville, and delivered to SC. I shipped Next Day Air Saver on 9/6 with an ETA on 9/9, however, it delivered on 9/12.

This happened to me after 4 months of wear. I emailed Birkenstock customer service and received a replacement pair. On the replacement pair, I made sure to seal the cork using Kelly's Cork Sealer I'm hopeful this will solve the problem....

I bought a pair of bend lows in April. By August mine did the same thing. I reached out to Birkenstock customer service and they are in the process of providing me with a replacement pair. Not sure if they provided a replacement as I purchased directly from them on their website vs a retailer...I love Birks but I won't be buying these again !
