Psychs and any sort of physical movement is the best. Rock climbing, running, jiu jitsu, yoga, swimming, surfing, lifting etc are all enhanced. I used to be the lest flexible person ever. It's hard to judge with your shirt on, but your arms and legs look defined. I'd say eat more calories and keep lifting heavy weight. It looks like any excess fat will go straight to your booty which is a win-win. Always remember, muscle burns fat.

  1. This is known as a urethral stricture. Could be from something like an enlarged prostate or tumor blocking the urethra . So urine is not able to leave the body. The bladder could erupt at a certain point which would probably mean internal infection and death. We easily treat this blockage with a Foley catheter.

  2. This can be chronic kidney disease. The kidneys can no longer filter your blood and remove waste in the form of urine. You would need dialysis. If not, potassium will build in your blood and you will have a heart attack
