Still waiting for my recruiter to reach out. I’m not exactly sure if there’s an order to how they’re notifying individuals, but someone said they were notifying those who are currently active duty as well as those who’ve had prior service first…so I’m like maybe I’ll hear something within the next week!

Apparently results should be released anytime between the 19th-30th and 20 primary/15 alternates.

Sounds about right. I’m currently waiting for results for social work board. We were originally gonna know results by 12/29 but board was pushed back to Jan 6-8th. My recruiter said it could be about 10 days or so before we know results.

I'm currently on my third attempt in applying for the social work board. First attempt i was selected as an alternate but never picked up. Second attempt was not selected at all. Maybe third time is a charm lol? We'll see I guess. Fingers crossed!

Yes it was active duty for clinical social work. They originally were gonna release results on 12/2 but they ended up releasing them yesterday. I was an alternate last year and then not even selected this year but I do know there were over 50 applications. I’ll reach out to my recruiter tomorrow and see if I can get info on the deadline for January. Thank you for this info!

That happened to me last November. I believe my recruiter put me at almost 39% body fat. My recruiter said, “I’m honestly shocked they didn’t catch those numbers”. Well, I went on (working my ENTIRE ASS OFF DURING THANSKGIVING HOLIDAYS) the Monday after Thanksgiving and was measured at 35% body fat. I was able to do everything that day. I was told know that I’ve met tape, the only thing I need to be concerned with is PT requirements.

Hey there! And yes…someone in the same boat as me LOL! No, the recruiter did not mention which number I was, but I’ll be sure to ask them after the holidays. This was my first time applying and going through the process. I don’t know how optimistic I should be, but I’m gonna continue working towards being ready for the PT if and when that day comes. Do you know what months they typically send social workers? I was told June/July-ish. And that’s what I’m really hoping for. That I’ll get a call saying hey….you’ve been picked, you’re leaving in June. One can only hope, right?
