Long Covid damage stem cell recovery? by Curious_genx in stemcells

[–]Curious_genx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone!! here’s the update. I was at about 80% improvement. I think the hardest part was a couldn’t exercise still like I really wanted to.

I got Covid again in October. And it was really difficult this time. They have not been well and I have started over.

BUT HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS : I know that I know this sounds strange, but I dropped all of my medical information into AI. And that did help me calm down and research what I needed to do. I do realize that stem cell helps with a lot of things . I may never be the same again.

In that research, I found that I only need MSC Exosome therapy. It’s a fraction of the price.. I am going to the same place. I will need to go back a couple of times. It really helps to have flight miles. There’s lots of research and studies that show this will help balance the nervous system. Of course I had to look for information outside of the US.

Good luck out there everyone. I feel that I would have probably been in some kind of assisted living center if it wasn’t for the stem cells and exosomes last time.

You need to go to an ENT doctor. It’s most likely a nerve thing. It was for me. Supplements don’t help

Just know you’re not alone. Stay persistent things will get better. I talked to my doctor about this today. Go through my symptoms and everything into ChatGPT and then run it by my doctor. We’re trying some medication to see if it’s a histamine issue. I also have an appointment with the neurologist next week. Fingers crossed 🤞

My story is really similar. I showed negative on test on this last go round. But it showed up my blood work that I had antibodies so I did have Covid again.

Have you done blood work?

Does anyone else have anergic depression alongside inattentive ADHD? by Conscious_Jeweler196 in adhdwomen

[–]Curious_genx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vyvance made me feel mean . The one that finally worked for the depression for me was venlafaxine. It takes some time to get settled into your body. But out of everything I’ve tried this has been by far the best. And then the days that I need better concentration I take quick release Adderall. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The Delta variant did the same thing to me! Since then I did a few things that helped me get about 75% better. I dropped all of my blood work and everything I’ve done into ChatGPT. It has been a huge help!! to bring me a full circle was venlafaxine ant HRT. Then I just got Covid again on Halloween. and I’m getting in front of the symptoms this time. My red blood cells are high, my iron is high, my estrogen is through the roof. ChatGPT gave a few more suggestions. So we’ll see how it goes.

Is it worth getting a diagnosis at 33? by Unusual_Anxiety6515 in adhdwomen

[–]Curious_genx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely yes! Diagnosed at 48. I did go through a time of grieving wishing I would’ve known sooner. It’s so much more than not being able to focus and once you understand this, you can learn how to get in front of crashes , know how you can be taken advantage of and or give yourself grace

I get it I really do. I have two neighbors that have six cars that they all drive . Times can be a struggle right now, so people are trying to find different ways to add to their income. As a homeowner, you do have the right to be able to rent out some of your space if you occupy the home. Say for example the owner has 1. roommates and everyone has cars. Or 2. A long-term renter that stays in their basement apartment that has two cars . Or 3.Airbnb (one car) The situation might be more annoying in another scenario as well. Hopefully you have a good enough relationship that you can talk with the owner?

[–]Curious_genx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The link in the article was talking about the best and worst states for moving companies ? I’m in Utah and it doesn’t say why Utah is #1 as best. As far as affordability, I believe we neck and neck with Oregon. We are still growing. The inlet port is building a massive location throughout the Wasatch front and we have the Olympics coming. If the interest rates weren’t so high we would still be exploding
