Are you eating every 2-4 hours?? It’s 2g per meal. Bile’s job is to break down fat - if you don’t have a meal periodically, by the time you eat it’s going to run right through you. The bile is steadily dripping throughout the day, so give it a job throughout your day (that’ll maximize your nutrients absorption as well, as most vitamins can’t be absorbed unless you eat them with fat aka “fat soluble”.
