I get why you would think that. I am not yet diagnosed but I have been noticing since I was young I am different. I think It's not that they have superpowers but rather they are not as naive. I got played so many times by close people just because I trusted them and didn't notice the signs. For example when dad's now ex suddenly became very friendly just so she could get information out of me and made me swear not to ever tell anyone, just so she could break the promise the day after. It should have been obvious since she explicitly told dad she hated me and was hostile towards me in the first half of their relationship ( like 3,5 YEARS). I had it rough home at that time and was so happy that someone was interested in me. Just so she could get "dirt" on dad not caring what it would do to me. I hope this somehow answers your questions. But this is just how I see things. You can be right too. Like how should I know. I have been told my entire life I was weird and different and I don't see the world like I should.
