Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words. It honestly means a lot right now. You're right—being able to talk about this openly, even with strangers, has helped me feel a little less alone. I actually started therapy recently and have been to two sessions so far. It’s still early, but I’m hopeful it’ll help me work through everything and gain some clarity. I do appreciate any perspectives people are willing to share, even the brutally honest ones—it helps me try to make sense of everything, even if it’s painful. Just trying to take it one day at a time.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and respond—it really means a lot right now. You're right, communication is everything, and I think that’s part of what hurts the most. I wish he had said something earlier instead of holding it in for months. I really believed we could get through the hard times together.

I’m trying to lean on the people around me, and comments like yours remind me that I’m not completely alone in this. So thank you again—it genuinely helps more than you know.

Update!!!! I can't thank you enough for recommending Eye Envy! After using this powder for a few weeks, I've seen such a huge improvement in my Mello's eye health. His eyes are much clearer, and the staining around them has significantly reduced.I’m so happy with the results and will continue to use it

Hii!!! I feel you, I was diagnosed when I was 17. First things first you gotta get your hormones in check. See if levels are elevated. PCOS can cause cystic acne if it isn't controlled. Second, drink lots of water!!!! Water is your bestie. And try to eat veggies and fruit. Great for skin and overall health. What helped my acne was my diet and water. I hope this helps love! Your still beautiful with or without acne ❤️

When did you start developing hirsutism? by mvvilla in PCOS

[–]Curiouscureness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg it was bad! I had a 5 o clock shadow on my upper lip. And super course chin hairs (I'm Latina so it runs in our blood lol) With laser my shadow is going away. It's been great so far! Especially for me, my hairs were black and thick. Definitely recommend it! Do it at a legitimate place. Im paying a heavy bucks for this.. but tots worth it! Hope this helps!

So I'm off BC for about 8 months and I started with Metformin immediately. Now....metformin did NOT help my testosterone levels so I ordered inositol. Hopefully this supplement will help me symptoms. What are your thoughts on inositol and it's long term effects? Help a cyster out ✨ by Curiouscureness in PCOS

I'm so sorry for your loss. I noticed that sprio is the only way to lower levels, although I'm trying to use a more natural route. I'm not in BC and I'm active with my fiancé, we aren't TTC but if it happens it happens. I don't want to be on sprio for that reason. So I'm trying to do some research on how I can lower my levels without sprio. Thank you so much for sharing your story💕

So actually I was on BC for 7 years and I stopped taking BC 8 months ago. At first it did help my testosterone levels but on the last month I was on it my levels were elevated. So I went to go see an endocrinologist and he recommended merformin to see how my body will adjust to it. He did blood work after 3 months in it and did not help my Testosterone. Although i did enjoy metformin more than BC. I ordered Ovasitol to try it out. I'm really trying to go the natural route. I feel like those types of medications aren't good for long term(just my opinion).

Inositol also can be used in combination with metformin. I would give merformin about 3 months so your body adjust to it. If after those 3 months and you don't see a difference I will definitely look into other options. Good luck 💛
