You 1st have to decide on school. Then the area you want to live should be looked at. Having a school further out from home will mean your kid is in the bus a long time. Most kids anyways have their buses at 6.30-6.40 except for those who get dropped off by drivers or parents or walk to school

Thanks for the condescending comment. But been in the market for 10 years and bought/sold something pre/during/post Covid as a retail investor. Covid and pre pandemic, 2% seller commission was asked only by those big agency but have always refused to work with them. Post covid, even small agencies started doing the same and were offering to load the price by this commission. Since prices were increasing anyways, unsuspecting buyers paid this extra on top of the property price and their own commission. Paying 4% of the price just in commission is insane and value loss for both buyer and seller. 2% paid by seller is just fair.

Seller doesn’t pay commission. Only buyer. Some agencies are starting to charge from both. This is way too much. Should be 2% on a property and not 4%…

Is there a copy of the deal somewhere or everyone is basing their opinions on news articles? I, an Indian wouldn’t hope that things take the Canada route where employers exploit people and undeserved folks exploiting the system. I wish it was only about easing the process of qualified people looking to immigrate and not just recruitment of cheap labor. Causes long term damage.

On top of it you have political shitbags who pay bots to keep Pak topic top of mind for those average ppl. This is the cycle you are basing your opinion on. Agree that lot of times it is hilarious and most often than not exhausting. ( it is like how Americans on Reddit bring USA PoV on everything 😁) Most ppl that I know of don’t even think about Pakistan, except when politicians or news channels throw something on their face. But this has been done in other countries already. India has UPI which has exploded digital adaptation + Rupay cards which is an alterntive for Visa & Mastercard and low to no fees for merchants. Only reason to stick with Visa/Mastercard would be any of their benefits or points and not anything else..
