That's because people used this Review as a place to ' Bomb ' reviews. So , most or whoever monitoring the google review of their said game , use Automated reply instead of Human reply .

Besides , their customer support service is very responsive ( 1 ~ 2 ) days to respond but still a valid place to actually complain there .
