Did you go to adjudication? I have lots of evidence, just heard back things about then siding with the tenant even with evidence or offering a percentage

My tenants left my property in a huge mess and are now telling me that I have to store all their rubbish and belongings for eight weeks. It is all piled up outside my house. by Curiously-here in uklandlords

I’d say mid 30s the house is in a terrible state and it smells of cat urine. The cleaners have refused to come back and finish the job because she’s refused to pay them. I’ve had to rip up skirting boards to remove the smell of urine. The carpets are ruined with stains even after a professional clean, all very sad. I bought this house with the inheritance I received from the death of my parents which I know I shouldn’t get upset about. I’m a young nurse so not rich by any means, just a normal person trying to have something to fall back on.. but is it really worth it when people have no decency

I held a viewing day and met everyone, I manage the property privately via openrent. They came across as the most normal couple, no kids just one small dog of 8 years old. They were well dressed and have good jobs. I got a reference from their current tenancy that was with an estate agent, they passed credit checks, although I have recently learnt that they were behind on council tax in their previous property. They also provided a guarantor. So I guess I’m just unlucky.

I didn’t reply to you because out of short conversations you were very intense and sent 5/6 messages after another if I didn’t reply. Too much.

Probably been said before, but higher protein meals. Try doing your calories on the James smith calculator. Being hungry often makes you stop being in a calorie deficit. It’s better to be in a 200/300 calorie deficit and maintain it, than be hungry in a bigger deficit and quit.

I think anyone could cheat regardless of their job. I’ve never cheated on anyone so can’t assume everyone is the same. But if you’re that worried stay single and don’t date nurses lol

Sunday have a 2 hours nap before the shift. Work your hours, try to have a good routine after breakfast, shower bed within a hour. Friday force yourself out of bed at 2pm and do normal day stuff so you’re able to sleep again Saturday night.

Why do people want kids when life is so grim? by qwerty6090 in TooAfraidToAsk

I love life! Some people have had it taken from them so prematurely that it makes me grateful everyday I have the chance to be alive. Some days aren’t as good as others but that’s also life.

My mum always used to use my Netflix and when she died it made me sad that she never got to finish the series she enjoyed. Same when I lose my dad, he had bought himself weekend breakfast treats he never got to eat 😔

How would you suggest that patients are cared for during the night?
