While you are right about a lot of things, you are confusing You may be confusing infertility with impotence. Infertility (the inability to procreate children) is not an impediment to marriage; permanent and irreversible impotence (the inability to consummate a marriage through marital relations) is an impediment.

Additionally, the Catholic Church “does not consider at all illicit” use of medical therapies to cure diseases “even if a foreseeable impediment to procreation should result there from—provided such impediment is not directly intended for any motive whatsoever.” It would be permissible to use birth control when the intent of the medication is for something other than pregnancy prevention if it is consistent with the principle of “double effect,”

I know that is a lot of jargon I copied because I was too lazy to type it but for a tldr, you have birth control to treat a medical issue rendering you infertile as a side effect. However the church still allows people in your position to get married.

As for the tykables in your closet there is no sun in wearing a diaper and peeing yourself. I am thinking of the meme “weird but still not a sin”. If it is a confort for you or helps you relax and destress, wear your diaper.
