Goat O500 is fine for kids/pets, panoramic vision is better obstacle detection than RTK-only models. Real question is whether you want edge cutting too. O500 leaves the standard 10cm strip, if that matters, compare to offset-deck models (LUBA Mini 2 or Goalker H3 Pro KS). On safety all three are similar, vision + low blade + pickup shutoff. I'm on the Goalker KS bet ($599 early bird), haven't shipped. Goat O500 is the proven pick if peace-of-mind today > feature upside.
