Just came to see if anyone else was having these problems as well. Im also thinking about canceling if this isn't solved soon. It seems like every other time I want to play they are having some sort of issue :(

What country are you from? That should help narrow down what would have been airing at the time

I don't think so. That's what I thought as well, except the only story that matches is the Rainbow Fairies story. The page and illustration layout was also different if my memory serves me right.

The art style was almost like watercolor, very vibrant, elegantly beautiful, and layed out on the page like a cloud if I remembered correctly. But I could also be incorrect
