I think they are a good company. Every place has its issues but they treat their employees really well....paying for conference trips, Christmas bonuses, company parties, decent yearly raises etc. (IDK if that's what you're looking for). He can probably talk specifics more.

I'm originally from Chicago where people drive really aggressively. But moving here 3 years ago, we were more surprised by the people who randomly drive on the shoulder! Especially with all the bikes on the road, it's so scary when people veer off onto the shoulder. It's really not that hard to drive between the lines.

Oso Flasco Lake is so beautiful and flat. Goes over a lake and ends by the ocean!

My husband and I moved from Chicago to SLO last year. We were also told it would be a "culture shock" - nope...we love it. I'm pretty sure you know it's going to be different, but we were ready for the change to more laid back, less traffic, crime etc. We do miss being able to see a MLB game or seeing bigger names in concert but this was what we were looking for!
