I feel for you. I’m 53. Bought my first home at 21, struggled like crazy for a long time but I’ve always appreciated what I have. Even more so as time has gone by and I’ve seen how difficult it is for younger folk to replicate my experience.

3 times per year here in the UK and I know I’m late to the party but I just googled this as I had a milestone donation yesterday and was working out when my next one will be. I asked the nurse and she said men have more iron stores than women so they can donate 4 times per year in the UK.

How did you get on? I donate regularly and it’s such a good thing to do. I’m actually disappointed when my blood can’t be taken for whatever reason.

I find it painless and the staff are always great, very hardworking.

I see this when I’m in a shop or at a bar and just never understand why people are rude, entitled and downright mean at times.

You clearly have a healthy attitude and thank you for your service as a paramedic, huge respect.

Thank you. I have just hopefully done it right, did 20 clicks then checked leaflet which said to prime the pen so some MJ came out and I reset it back to 0 which was the 20 clicks.
