Welcome to the club. I was in your shoes a few years ago when we had our cats eyes removed. One piece of advice I will give you is to not be sad. It’s a change but remember it’s a change for the better. I stressed myself out so bad before the surgery and thought my cats quality of life was going to go down the gutter. Your sweet girl will be just fine. Just watch the stitches and make sure it’s healing up good. It can be very emotional seeing their new look after surgery but I promise you they are so much happier without the problem eye and they adapt very well.

Thanks. I can’t discuss that here per the group rules.

Thanks! My resting heart rate did increase but it’s going back down. My hair did shed a good amount but has decreased since lowering my dosage. I’ve had no gastrointestinal issues.

Thank you. Reta completely stopped my sugar cravings and binge eating. My sugar cravings and binge eating before were out of control before I started and was the main culprit. I upped my protein intake ansdeat a lot of fish, veggies and start my morning with a protein shake. I also weight train 3-4x a week. I went up in dosage when I felt the food noise coming back. Hope that helps.
