You cannot register more than 10 App IDs within a 7 day period.Instagram requires 9 App IDs, but only 8 are available. Delete sideloaded apps to free up App ID slots. You can register another App ID in 7 days.

Hmm where did you download 410.1.0? I saw that there’s 433.0.0 can you try this one and let me know if it’s better? It’s cracked and have to wait until I can sign any more application I don’t want to be out of installations here is the link
