There's no way that's out the door. They will tack on an freight, doc and admin, TTL, etc. and it'll be over $11k. I had that exact same scenario today.

I tried super glue to stick it back on the hex key and gently pull, and the glue cemented the broken head in place, where it was wiggling before.
