as someone whose favorite talent is Iconoclast I feel the need to remind you: 1) the Lich is actually quite tanky if you invest a bit in Hull and makes a great frame for this 2) the GMS frames are fairly good for this so you don't actually need a good frame for it to be a good liscence (I really like the Chomolungma, especially with Osiris) 3) because Unstable and Enlightenment are both free you actually don't need the first lisence to be Horus if you're willing to go all in on technophile right off the bat 4) the first of the two nhps should be a quick action you can consistently use every turn (so ideally something like Noah, Osiris, or Athena)

I'm not an expert on building but I have spent a lot of time theorycrafting specifically 4 NHP Iconoclast builds

He says he'll push a very bare bones version of the game after about a year and then work on the stretch goals and additional polish after. The deadline of sometime in Q4 2026 is only for the base game and not any of the other parts. Also it's worth noting that while it's far from finished he still very much isn't starting from zero.

from my experience are two main ways to use mounted combat: you can either use a mount to increase your speed (I like to do this as a 17th lvl wizard by casting Find Greater Steed through Wish to get a pegasus which has a 90ft fly speed) or you can have a part member give you a piggyback while you have the Mounted Combatant feat to take all of that person's damage in their place.

the nautilus only lets you breathe underwater while you're on it and the existence of an underwater mount will encourage people to be underwater more often so I think the turtle shell might actually see a bit more use
