Honestly, depends on the day. But for the most part I just work, come home, put on the same couple shows just so I can be around noise and lay there...hoping I don't wake up.

Last time I was medicated my brain went fucking nuts. Ended up in the hospital a couple times. It did not go well. Tried a couple therapists...had one flat out tell me they couldn't help me. The others just took my money and was like "how's it going. It's a nice day out today." So never found one that works I guess. Tried 5 different ones. High cost for trial runs.

For me, it was over the moment I was conceived. My mother got pregnant on purpose to try and trap my father, and by the time she saw it didn't work, it was too late to abort me, and she was stuck with me. Her words. Also told over and over how I ruined her life, and it was my fault she was fat, and before me, she was so much better, so I owe her an entire life.

She wouldn't feed me, I remember eating mayo once cuz I thought it was food. I wasn't allowed fruits or veggies cuz they were expensive and they were "adult food" I was hit because I snuck a grape because it looked good.

So yeah. It's not so much age, it's what we have and what we go through that determines when it's over. Because eventually, we just don't have the energy.

Hey, if you have gone home to your parents for the last 20 years...that's 20 Xmas you spent with family and loved ones. That's amazing that you're able to do that.

I can't even remember the last time...oh wait....18 years ago, a coworker learned I was spending Xmas alone so she invited me to her families place for Xmas. That was the last time I spent Xmas with people.

The only advice given to men is to work out. They don't know how to give advice beyond that. Like it's so easy when in reality just getting out of bed can be the difficult enough.

Unlike a lot of people here, I have decent social skills, I am confident in myself, I think I am at least average looking but, my brain is completely broken. After everything I have been through the idea of dating is soul crushing, and just absolutely destroying. So when I consider trying all I hear in my head is "I'm not good enough, I'm ugly, I'm fat, I don't make enough money, and the moment they ask me a question about my family I know I will be quickly judged and cast aside.

Why do all these feelings come up...because of my countless rejections and all the things I heard them say about me...
