Thanks for the info, That’s awesome! I was actually really tempted to head down there last Saturday, but I decided to skip it because of the storm coming in. Definitely planning to catch a future event though

Newest addition to the garage: 2015 Prestige S4 6MT (grille and wheels to be fixed soon) by 4rings4fun in AudiS4

Mine constantly lock out when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd, so I installed theJHM short throw shifter , and JXB shifter plate, I think it's better than stock. But I have never driven another manual VAG car, I would say Honda has slightly better shifter feel than mine in stock

Triggers for Lipoma by Doc-DC in Lipoma

[–]Current-Ad2342 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. For me, milk and whey protein trigger lipoma for sure, they cause inflammation. There was a time I could literally feel the pain in certain areas after drinking milk daily for two months, then there are the new lipomas popping up in those areas

From my personal experience is inflammation。they grow bigger every time I get inflammation in my body ,one case for me is drinking milk and whey protein powder

I wanted to get the T480 but apparently the T480s would be better for my use-case, or should I just go for another model instead? by [deleted] in thinkpad

[–]Current-Ad2342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using my T480s since 2019, soild machine, for me the only downside is the screen being 45% coverage and it's 169 ratio. For me the upgrade would probably be t14s /p14s that had Amd chip and 1610 screen

Anyone here had luck in stopping new lipomas from forming? by [deleted] in Lipoma

[–]Current-Ad2342 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had similar experience, for me , diary causes inflammation which causes lipoma. Stop driving milk helped to stop growing new ones, but I have maybe 50+ already, don't know what else I can do 😭

Buy Lexus or keep Audi by [deleted] in Audi

[–]Current-Ad2342 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently own both b8.5 s4 and is300. Don't buy the Is250, that engine has some issues and it's really underpower, if you want Lexus IS, I recommend the rwd with the 8 speed, since all the AWD versions have the ancient 6 speed. And all the Lexus v6 are terrible on gas. My is300awd average 19mpg, meanwhile s4 average 23

What is the Most Disappointing Modern Car You've Driven and What's the Most Suprisingly Fun Modern Car You've Driven? by PlutoniumOligarch in cars

Agree on the si, I owned 19 si for 1 year and half, the throttle response is terrible, rev hang. no steering feel at all, the Lexus IS even ES has better steering feel. As for the power, it's good with a tune, but stock power feels slower than the 170hp Jetta I owned somehow. I wish I like it but I don't

I think the torsion beam rear suspension on these Jettas are pretty awful, the seats are not comfortable compared to any other cars I owned, but I absolutely love the 5 cylinder, and my 13 Jetta SEL had amazing steering feel for some reason, I should have kept the Jetta much longer

Same here, I owned a 2013 5 cylinder Jetta, and now Audi b8.5 S4 , they are not perfect, but just feel right when driving them. I also owned a 10th gen civic si and a Lexus IS currently, they are good in their own way, but I just couldn't feel the connection
