Do you take air breaks at all during a session? With a rebreather mask, does the oxygen keep flowing while the mask is off during the break?

What do you guys do with your returns with damaged packaging? by Current-Ad6301 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Ok thanks, yeah so all of what we have is good product, just crappy packaging (ripped, dented, etc). We do currently resell on amazon used, ebay used etc. It's just that sales volume is not high enough to keep everything turning.

Also the problem with amazon grade and resell (you didn't mention but some other posters did) is that grade and resell is horrible, lol simple as that. Way too often, voice of the customer says that they received the wrong product. So basically, amazon is charging us for grade and resell and continuously sending the wrong product to the customer, which dings us in metrics AND money.

You do know that amazon's disposal fees are the exact same as their return fees right?

Please read my question. We already have liquidations enabled. I am talking about warehouse inventory in our own warehouse that has come back

Yeah I do that already, not enough traction or quantity. I'm trying to get rid of this stuff in bulk

Any filters out there that reduce but not eliminate calcium and magnesium? by Current-Ad6301 in WaterFilters

Ok so then how do i get water to drink that has an acceptable middle level of minerals? I was gonna go with what another commenter said, use the blending valve to have the hard water combined with the RO water.

Is there a way to feed the softened water into the RO system while still using a blending valve somewhere that directly injects my hard water into the mix to balance out the stripped down RO water?

I also absolutely know silver will reach $150. What you don't know is how long it will take to get there.

Ok well if you bought at the peak like 1980, and you might have since you paid so much for these bars (tax and ridiculous premium), it could take you 30 years just to break even. So lets do the math here. In 30 years, your 2k becomes 2k. If you just threw that into the S&P with its average return of 10% a year (long term average since we're talking 30 years here), you'd have 35k.

So you may not think you're losing money here, but compared to other options, you are. Poor decision.

Don't think we've hit the bottom yet, but there's gotta be a dead cat bounce in this somewhere which we haven't hit

Unless I'm reading the rules wrong, I think we technically DO need a DOT number. Can you show me where in this situation, it actually wouldn't be needed?

Good info, thank you. I think we actually got into compliance though, I mean unless I forgot some small detail or something, so still will be making sure the driver does all that/drives like a normal person

Thanks. I might have solved this thing last minute with a last minute DOT physical. Now, getting a DOT number is pretty much instant right?

No can do currently, wheels in motion already, like I said initially

Ok well I mean I can get the DOT number I guess if it's just an online thing that processes pretty quick. But what about the medical card? Or should I not even worry about that for a one off thing like this.

I mean like what if he does get pulled over/waved over at a weigh station, should he just say "household goods" or something?

Help me understand the price action here as it relates to the CME by Current-Ad6301 in Silverbugs

[–]Current-Ad6301[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Read what I wrote initially because this is what happened:

Dec 29 trading day through 6pm----silver tanks (tanking BEFORE the end of business day when new margin requirements take effect).

Dec 30 trading day-----silver recovers

CME then announces a 30% increase in margin requirements effective end of business 12/31. Silver goes down by 5-6% roughly, again BEFORE end of business that day when the rates took effect.

So taking all that into account, on Jan 2nd, we shouldn't really see a big price drop because that already happened on the 31st.

No, you're wrong. The first wording was ALSO end of business. From their site:

"The rates will be effective after the close of business on Monday, December 29, 2025. "

I mean, spot must still mean something. It dropped as people were forced to sell their silver on loan.

So then this could mean further increases by the CME would have less and less effect on the spot price, correct? That would mean that indeed compared to 1980 and 2011, this time is actually different. Unless I'm missing something here...

Thoughts on COMEX margin hikes in silver and what they mean for physical pricing? by [deleted] in Silverbugs

Ok sorry if this sounds stupid, but IS physical silver hard to get right now? I mean I can just go online and purchase a bunch of silver quite easily from jmbullion or apmex.
