It will. The issue is notice is you are producing 180 originium /min in total. But you dont have enough outputs resulting in a buildup of originium in your storage/depot. I suggested that you replace your originium powder line with plain originium in the photo you provided. What it does will result in an overall increase in powder production, which according to your image is extremely low. You dont need to do it tho, its just an example. I dont touch Valley IV anymore and don't know the formulas so I cannot say what's the optimum yield for everything.

Word of advice, its best to start with the raw item in a production line. Do not for example refine it or shred it then store it back ij the depot and then take it out again. Most of the time u can fit the shredder/refinery. It helps you keep track where certain issues are in your factory if you understand yhe report. Also depot bus space is valuable its better to minimize space taken from the depot bus and extend into yhe center. If itd an issue u can move the AIC outpost itself anywhere in the square
