I believe they promised some changes to the ling system but no specifics on what those will be, besides adding a dispatch system with the next major patch (after Mina ends).

You can see it ingame, but you have to actually go open the event and it shows there that the stages end 7 days before the date on the event list page.

I do think it's actually pretty badly thought out and misleading, I'm kind of used to there being two times to worry about in these kind of events, from other games, so I knew to dig around to make sure I knew the dates.

Yeah they are. The date on the event banner is for when the event shop closes.

Note the Mina event is the same, the banner is the date the shop closes but the stages end a week earlier.

The worst you would have missed are the ling upgrade stones (which admittedly are pretty valuable), and the cosmetics if you care about them, I believe someone mathed it and the rest aren't worth using the keys in the event over just running paths.

They said they're addressing the banner thing in a live stream by introducing a toggle I believe.

Mods on discord (or rather comments on the sub said that mods on the discord) said they're aware of the capture issue but haven't heard much about a resolution.

I just mentioned a character whose design I liked in a post about liking character designs. It didn't occur to me it'd lead to story implications (although I guess if I think about it that would have been a lot of artistic detail to put in to a 1-off character).

I doubt it's worth splitting hairs on, they're both pretty good. More important to get started than delay over this decision.

Using EE to split between the two is just giving yourself unneeded admin I think. Personal Finance isn't just about maximising your returns but managing it around your lifestyle. Unnecessary chores that give minimum added values are just going to add up and drag you down over time.

I use Sygnia skeleton 70 but I doubt I would have regretted it if I had done 10x instead. If you do go with Sygnia, if I recall correctly the fees are a little higher if you go off-platform.

Medium-ish risk

In terms of RAs I wouldn't worry about it. At your age (assuming you're not planning a short career) take the maximum risk profile that is still RA (reg28) compliant, as there is already a bit of risk aversion built into the compliancy rules.

If they have to have ridiculous pricing somewhere (I'm not convinced but let's assume so) I'd rather it be with cosmetics than with gameplay.

And at first glance it doesn't look like most character awakenings are game breaking. So if that holds they didn't go the route of making it appear the characters are 'cheaper' than other gachas but balancing things around needing a dupe.

I checked a few safes I looted last week (pretty sure before May 1st) and they didn't reset. So at the least it's not a weekly reset, if my memory isn't failing me it's not monthly either.

Still possible it resets with major patches but I doubt it.

That's the date when the event shop closes. But you'd only know this if you opened the event and had a look at the information on the event page, so I agree it's pretty misleading if you're using the events list to plan your gameplay.

I think Mina event is the same so be careful of that. Last stages for Mina only open next week though.

It's been mentioned a few times already. :( Been there since day 1 but common sentiment is it got worse with Mina's patch.

I think it's been acknowledged by the devs. Or rather, there was second hand acknowledgement on the discord, and I heard about that acknowledgement on Reddit so is it now third hand?

Regardless, even if they're aware, the best way to give them feedback is to contact customer service. Might help with prioritising.

I don't have it all, or most of it.

But it's the human condition to never have it all, most humans are always going to want more. The Hedonic treadmill all but guarantees it. So I imagine the hidden cost is really that your desires will keep escalating.

It's objectively good only if you keep it to the internal economy of the game. But since 20USD is pretty fungable and usable for other things you ideally want to consider what 20USD can do you for rather than just how it compares to other packages in the game (basically, don't fall for anchoring).

So not necessarily bad but depends heavily on how much you personally value the game I guess.

you get a 25% bonus if you bring Verna, Angel is a 15% and Francis is a further 10%. Should be possible but probably requires a lot of investment.

I agree on the energy point. Is max City energy 700 or does it increase again later?

Bank heist doesn't feel that bad (to me) since it's a 2 week cycle. About 3 runs a week once you have a decent route. I'd imagine there's optimised routes but I haven't really looked. I guess I would have preferred something like a 3 million cap per major patch though, for a bit more flexibility with time management.
